Welcome to the East Berks Youth Football League admin website.
Club Secretaries should use this
website to enter the details for their club and teams. Entering the details on-line should be easier for
you and much easier for the league as there won't be piles and piles of
paperwork which has to be retyped together with the inevitable errors and when
contact details change they can be easily updated on-line by club secretaries. Next season
should be even easier as we will make a copy of the existing data so you won't
have to type it all over again.
Click the Manage Club link to login to the
website.
If you don't have a user name and password then please complete the login
request screen and a user name and password will be emailed to you.
This website is database driven and your changes are saved when you leave the
page. You can visit the website as many times as you like and enter as many or
as little details on each visit. You can continue to use the website during the
season so there is no excuse for not keeping contact details up to date.
When you have completed all your team details you can download the 2009/2010
League Application Form which will automatically list your club and team details
and calculate the
correct fees. The application form must then be printed out and signed and sent with
payment to the league to arrive before 31 May 2009.
Only club secretaries should make the final application to the league so please
ensure that only the club secretary downloads and prints the 2009/2010 League
Application Form.
Please do not submit applications using last seasons forms -
they will NOT be accepted.
Please note that this website does not have a final application completed button to say that you
have completed your application because we consider this to be an ongoing
process as details such as contact telephone numbers change during the season.
Your application will be official when you have printed out and signed the Team
Summary Agreement Form and sent payment to Ian Nile (see below for details).
How To Use the Club and Team Screens
Click Edit Club to enter your Hon Secretary and County FA details
etc.
Click Add Team to add each team.
Click Add Person to add each person once and then assign
to roles such as team manager.
One person can have more than one role.
On each screen the Apply button will save the data without closing the screen.
The OK button will save the data and close the screen.
Don't click away from a page before saving - always click OK or Apply to save your data.
Summary Screen
Click the Summary link to view a summary of
your club application and all the club and teams that have applied so far. A red
box indicates that your data is incomplete. Hover the mouse pointer over the red
box to see a description of the problem.
