Instructions

Welcome to the East Berks Youth Football League admin website. Club Secretaries should use this website to enter the details for their club and teams. Entering the details on-line should be easier for you and much easier for the league as there won't be piles and piles of paperwork which has to be retyped together with the inevitable errors. Next season should be even easier as we will make a copy of the existing data so you won't have to type it all over again.

Click the ApplyToLeague link to login to the website.

If you don't have a user name and password then please complete the login request screen and a user name and password will be emailed to you.

This website is database driven and you can visit as many times as you like and enter as many or as little details on each visit.

Please note that this website does not have a final application completed button to say that you have completed your application because we consider this to be an ongoing process as details such as contact telephone numbers change during the season.

Your application will be official when you have printed out and signed the Team Summary Agreement Form and sent payment to Ian Nile (see below for details).

How To Use the Club and Team Screens

Click Edit Club to enter your Hon Secretary and County FA details etc.
Click Add Team to add each team.
Click Add Person to add each person once and then assign to roles such as team manager.
One person can have more than one role.
On each screen the Apply button will save the data without closing the screen.
The OK button will save the data and close the screen.

Don't click away from a page before saving - always click OK or Apply to save your data.

Summary Screen

Click the Summary link to view a summary of your club application and all the club and teams that have applied so far. A red box indicates that your data is incomplete. Hover the mouse pointer over the red box to see a description of the problem.

Team Summary Agreement Form

When you have completed all your club and team details please download this Excel spreadsheet form

2008-09_EBYFL_TeamSummaryAndAgreementForm.xls (right click and choose Save Target As...).

If you can't open the Excel spreadsheet then please use this PDF instead

2008-09_EBYFL_TeamSummaryAndAgreementForm.pdf (right click and choose Save Target As...).

Please complete the spreadsheet which will calculate how much you need to pay and print it out. The Club Secretary should now sign the form in ink then send by Royal Mail together with payment to Ian Nile. Please don't send by Special Delivery or Registered Post as it may require a special trip to the Sorting Office for collection. For peace of mind it may be helpful to send an email to iannile@hotmail.com to say that the form is in the post. The deadline is 31 May.

If you have difficulties downloading the spreadsheet then please email Mark Gittoes and ask to receive a version by email.
